Semurg Ventures launches EIOS — Enterprise Insurance Operating System, a platform for insurance companies
Tashkent, November 6, 2026 — Semurg Ventures has launched EIOS (Enterprise Insurance Operating System), a platform for insurance companies. EIOS brings an insurer’s entire operation into one system: from selling a policy to paying a claim, from accounting to regulatory reporting.
At its core is an insurance ERP: policies, claims, finance, reinsurance and compliance across 16 modules. Around it sits an ecosystem: the PM platform for the company’s internal life (projects, CRM, call center, documents and e-signature, attendance), a mobile app for clients (MyID sign-in, online policies, video inspection, claims) and the PM.co.uz app for staff.
EIOS AI watches the company around the clock: it spots deviations in sales, payments, integrations, servers and security on its own, explains the cause and alerts the person responsible. It answers questions by voice with exact figures from the database — in Uzbek, Russian and English. Its voice technology, EIOS Voice, reads numbers and dates without mistakes, with a 2.3% character error rate in a blind test.
EIOS ships with 24 ready integrations: NAPP, my.gov.uz, MyID, E-IMZO, 1C, Didox, Payme, Click, Uzum, partner banks, the SOS24 assistance service and the Genova insurance-agent platform. Data is entered once and reaches every system that needs it.
EIOS is deployed under a corporate agreement. To request a demo, visit eios.uz or message @eiosinsurance_bot on Telegram.
